Audi South Africa is considering the introduction of the new A6 e-tron that is being launched in Europe in both Sportback and Avant body styles and with improvement in performance, range, efficiency and charging capabilities.

"Its standout design ensures superior aerodynamics, enhancing efficiency and driving dynamics. With a range exceeding 700 km, it sets a new standard for e-mobility."

The design features a harmonious front with slim daytime running lights and a wide grille, with a black mask surrounding the closed single frame, integrating the headlights and ADAS sensors.
The Avant variant features a steeply sloping D-pillar and an d aluminum-look trim piece from the A-pillar to the roof spoiler
The rear sees a continuous light strip and a spoiler lip and it stands on 19-inch wheels as standard, with optional designs up to 21 inches.
If not an e-tron, perhaps something else exotic
The Sportback achieves a cd value of 0,21, the best in Audi's history and within the VW Group. The Avant follows closely with a cd value of 0,24, making it one of the top performers in its segment.
The vehicle features digital light signatures, 3D headlights and second-generation digital OLED rear lights. These lights offer car-to-x communication, enhancing road safety and personalization with eight customizable light signatures.

Inside, the A6 e-tron is a MMI panoramic display, consisting of an 11,9-inch virtual cockpit and a 14,5-inch touch display. The infotainment system, powered by Android Automotive OS, offers a range of apps and services through the Audi Application Store, ensuring that the A6 e-tron remains connected and up-to-date.
The A6 e-tron's electric motors and 100kWh lithium-ion battery deliver a range of 750 km for the Sportback and 720 km for the Avant. The vehicle supports 800V technology and a maximum DC charging capacity of 270 kW, enabling rapid charging.
The A6 e-tron comes equipped with a wide range of driver assistance systems, including adaptive driving assistant plus, park assist plus, and traffic sign recognition.
